This detailed map covers much of Abersychan, with coverage stretching from Twyn-y-ffrwd and Waterloo southward to Snatchwood, and from British eastward to Company's Wood.
Features include village centre with High Street area, GWR Monmouthshire Railway lines with Low Level and Tal-ywain stations, British Iron Works (largely demolished), British Farm, Pant-glas, mineral railway, many old mine workings and old shafts, Prospect Place area, Freehold Land area, Twyn-y-ffrwd area, chapels, old tramway, brick works etc. On the reverse we include a 1906 directory of Abersychan plus a 1906 GWR timetable.
The map links up with sheet 18.06 Abersychan North to the north and 18.14 Pontnewynydd to the south.
